Mail-In Repairs
Weeb Wepairs is a mail-in repair service specializing in data recovery and board-level phone and tablet repairs. By sending in your device, you agree to the following terms:
Passcodes & Maintenance Mode
- iPhones must be shipped with the passcode provided, or have the passcode removed before shipping.
- Samsung/Android devices may be placed in Maintenance Mode as an alternative.
- Devices received locked or inaccessible may result in service delays or cancellations.
Data Recovery & Repair Disclaimer
- Weeb Wepairs does not guarantee the success of data recovery or repair services.
- You acknowledge that irreversible data loss may occur during the repair process, particularly in cases of liquid damage, electrical failure, or no-power conditions.
- Weeb Wepairs is not liable for any data that is lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable during or after the repair.
Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for shipping to and from Weeb Wepairs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We strongly recommend using tracked, insured shipping.
- Weeb Wepairs is not responsible for devices that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit before they are received.
- Regardless of how a device is received, all return shipments will be sent using appropriate, protective packaging.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the quoted repair cost is required before any work begins.
- The exact deposit amount will be included in the invoice sent via PayPal.
- Full payment is due prior to return shipment.
- Devices left unpaid or unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal.
Additional Notes
- Repair services may void any existing manufacturer or third-party warranties.
- Weeb Wepairs reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
